How are you? I hope you are peaceful and passionate this week.  I am already enjoying this season so much by incorporating lots of Yin into my life. I have added more Yoga, more bubble baths, and more mediation to my life.  I told my husband last week, “I am going through something. And I like it!” I know it feels profound, yet I don’t really know what it is.  Hmm. Maybe it has something to do with turning 40 this year or that I just finished another book and now I am refueling. Or maybe this is what a female mid-life crisis looks like.

I haven’t posted a video for you in a while… I don’t tend to look for them, but instead I like to “let them find me”.

Today’s video is rather long (little over 16 minutes), but well worth the watch.

It is another reminder of how important it is to treat everyone with love.

It also reminded me of of something I always tell my kids when they are upset that someone was mean to them at school.

“If someone is grouchy, that just means they need more love. They probably aren’t getting enough love.”
