I just returned from one of my favorite masterminds ever (see pic below). We had such a great time networking and mapping out the next set of concrete plans for their businesses. After the mastermind, my family joined me in Marina Del Rey, CA and we went to the beach a few times and Disneyland while we were there. How are you? I hope you are peaceful and passionate this week.  I am already enjoying this season so much by incorporating lots of Yin into my life. I have added more Yoga, more bubble baths, and more mediation to my life.  I told my husband last week, “I am going through something. And I like it!” I know it feels profound, yet I don’t really know what it is.  Hmm. Maybe it has something to do with turning 40 this year or that I just finished another book and now I am refueling. Or maybe this is what a female mid-life crisis looks like.
