Sound simple? You might be surprised how many of us go into ‘attack mode’ with no plan in place. If you are looking to reduce stress quickly, start using your calendar. By planning out your day, week, month, and year you will significantly cut down your stress levels.
If you keep running out of time to get to work done make an appointment with yourself, and then KEEP IT! By scheduling in work time for a project, and respecting that time like you would an appointment with a business associate, you can better control when you will finish projects and how you use your time.

Focus on Your Productive Times

People are all different. We each have times during the day that we will be naturally more effective. If you know your concentration is best during the morning hours this is when you should schedule your most important, high impact tasks for.

Take Time Off

Make your productive times even more productive by taking time off. Living a more balanced life will make you better at work. Taking time away from work will help you in your process learning how to get organized at work! Schedule time to ‘go off grid’ or just be ‘unplugged’. Taking this time away from work and technology will help you come back at work refreshed and excited.
