Big Book Launch Next Week!

Dear Smart Woman,

Welcome to all the new Smart Women Members this week!

I just returned from one of my favorite masterminds ever (see pic below). We had such a great time networking and mapping out the next set of concrete plans for their businesses. After the mastermind, my family joined me in Marina Del Rey, CA and we went to the beach a few times and Disneyland while we were there. (You can check out the family pictures on Facebook if you would like.)

And please keep an eye out for our big book launch next week (June 30th!) of Smart Women Know Their Why. We will have a lot of bonuses for you from the Smart Women Institute when you purchase the book on that day.

Have a great week,

Sheri McConnell

  1. I’m looking forward to your new book Sheri! I will definitely buy it. (LOVE the cover design!)

I especially liked your previous post on why western women will save the world. That post and your new book tie in nicely with my own dual passions: entrepreneurship and microfinance.

I read the book “Banker to the Poor” a while back and was absolutely captivated by the potential of microfinance and microcredit to empower women to start their own businesses and lift themselves and their families out of poverty. I’m so inspired by the potential of social business to empower and dignify women. (Charity has it’s place, but it’s used too much and too often it robs the recipients of their dignity and sense of self-worth.)

So much of what you do through SWI and GIA mirrors the goals of social business. Thank you for all that you do. I’m so excited to you have you as a mentor this year through GIA.

    Sincerely,
    Michelle Nightengale
