I agree with this post, but it is easier said than done. I want to delegate so much, but to who to I delegate it to? I cannot pay someone thousands of dollars to do the hours of work that is piling up around me (personal and work related). This year I am consciously working on the saying no aspect. The last five years has found me taking on other people's projects instead of focusing on my own. I have an association in the works, a screenplay just itching to be produced and two books coming down the pipe line. Now, can you help me figure out how to add about five more hours to my day? :)
