I want to delegate so much, but to who to I delegate it to? I cannot pay someone thousands of dollars to do the hours of work that is piling up around me (personal and work related). This year I am consciously working on the saying no aspect. The last five years has found me taking on other people's projects instead of focusing on my own. I have an association in the works, a screenplay just itching to be produced and two books coming down the pipe line.
